PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

This document concerns the processing and protection of personal data of Users in connection with their use of the website: https://univerpl.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain the principles on which your personal data are processed and to outline your fundamental rights in relation to the processing of your personal data by us.

The Controller of your personal data is the UniverPL GLOBAL Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000451586.

The personal data collected by the UniverPL GLOBAL Sp. z o.o. are processed in accordance with the provisions on personal data protection, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”), as well as relevant Polish legislation, including the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

Before completing any special form on the Website and/or making payments for services provided by the Service Provider, the User is required to read this Privacy Policy and provide explicit consent to the processing of their personal data. The User gives this consent electronically by selecting the appropriate checkbox while completing a form or by proceeding with payment for services. Consent may also be inferred through continued use of the Website after becoming acquainted with this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with its terms, they should discontinue using the Website.

Glossary:
