Scholarships and Financial Aid

Rector’s Scholarships are awarded to students who achieve outstanding academic results (an average of at least 4.8). In the 2023/2024 academic year, the university granted 800 such scholarships, with each student receiving between PLN 400 and PLN 1,000 per month, depending on their performance. Exceptional achievements in sports, arts, or science could increase this amount to PLN 600 per month.

Sports Scholarships are available to students who have demonstrated athletic excellence at least at the national level. Recipients may receive up to PLN 600 per month, and can also participate in additional institutional support programs such as the National Academic Representation.

Special Scholarships for Students with Disabilities are available to those holding recognized disability documentation. In the 2023/2024 academic year, 350 such scholarships were awarded, offering support ranging from PLN 1,700 to PLN 1,900 per month, depending on the degree of disability.

Emergency Financial Allowances are provided to students facing unexpected hardship due to unforeseen circumstances. In 2024, VIZJA University awarded 51 allowances, with each ranging from PLN 2,000 to PLN 5,000 per instance.

Altogether, in the 2023/2024 academic year, the university allocated PLN 12,500,000 to support students through various scholarships and financial aid programs.

Preparatory School

For students who would like to strengthen their English skills before starting degree programs, VIZJA University offers a dedicated Preparatory School. It provides intensive language courses tailored to future students’ needs: from short 80-hour summer programs to more extensive 160-hour and 240-hour courses. These programs focus on practical communication, academic vocabulary, and confidence in using English in an international academic setting. At the end of the course, students take an exam and can obtain a Cambridge certificate, officially confirming their language level.
